The Kims

Statues, photos and murals of the Kims (Il-sung, Jong-il, Jong-un) are everywhere in North Korea, and I do mean everywhere:

Outside buildings:

Inside buildings:

Inside people’s homes
On the pins worn by all citizens (our tour bus driver):

Inside metro carriages:

Inside factories (eg. showing a Kim giving ‘field guidance’ as shown here in a water bottling factory):

Inside classrooms:

At the Munsu Water Park:

At the War Museum:

On monuments:

On horseback (for something different):

Sometimes it’s just something insightful a Kim has said, that’s been carved onto a massive stone tablet:
